My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were clean, very spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The personalized card and chocolates were a lovely touch. The location was fantastic, ideal for shopping and exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired on New Year's Day. Overall a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
